This beautiful bird is a Regent Parrot. While visiting Tamworth, I was so fortunate to see him in all his glory. He had no concerns about me taking his photograph. Talk about blessed.

This incredible parrot is on the endangered list. How sad it would be to only see photos and paintings. In the wild they are so amazing.
