Portrait of a Gorgeous Jack Russell

I completed this commission in time for Christmas. It was an interesting and funny process as the client wanted it to be a surprise present for the family. Trying to coordinate covert meetings to get photos of Kovu, the gorgeous Jack Russell was difficult. Kovu was camera shy. However it all came together with a ‘Secret Squirrel’ delivery on Christmas Eve, just missing the family.
The result was wonderful, as I received a text from the Client on Christmas morning saying everyone was over the moon and there were tears.
The other plus here has been the new friendship formed with a lovely lady.
I loved this particular commission on many levels.
