Another painting to the Framer.
“Secret Places” (Little Kingfishers painted in acrylic on matt board)
This is the latest in my kingfisher journey. These gorgeous, little birds can be seen in Nth Queensland. We saw quite a few on a trip to Tinaroo Dam on the Atherton Tablelands.
These are painted in acrylic and I have layered the blues and turquoise to try and show the sheen.
I am having it framed with black matts and a silver frame. Will post it as soon as I get it back. I always go to the same framer (Art and Mirror Framing at Caringbah) as I know the quality is without question and the service is brilliant.
