St Valentine’s Weekend – Waterbrook Open Art Exhibition

Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort and Oatley 101 Society of Artists Inc are presenting an outstanding exhibition of high quality, original paintings by Australian artists over the St Valentine’s weekend.  The theme ‘I Love….’ has inspired the creation of a range of exquisite paintings in a wide variety of styles.

Well known Australian artist David Brayshaw will judge the exhibition. David has an impressive list of artistic achievements; these include a string of art prizes, commendations and sell out one-person exhibitions. http://www.davidbrayshaw.com/

The art awards have been kindly sponsored by Harvey World Travel Sylvania, Nigel McAllister from McGrath Real Estate, Brian Smith Solicitor, Better Floors and Blinds, Moving on Downsizer, Mobile Dental Services and Art and Mirror Framing Caringbah.

Waterbrook prides itself on supporting the local community. For over 7 years they have supported Gymea Rotary.  Gymea Rotary will be raffling donated paintings by Diana Garth and Shirley Hagarty to raise money for “Response to Life Organisation”. Diana and Shirley are inaugural and life members of Oatley 101 Society of Artists Inc.

Oatley 101 Society of Artists Inc is supporting the wonderful work done by “Father Chris Riley’s Youth off the Streets” with a portion of the proceeds going towards art programs run by Key College.

All paintings are for sale.   As President of Oatley 101 I am so pleased to be coordinator of this exhibition.
